Mugwort (artemesia vulgaris) is a wonderful ally for menstruation, moon magic, and dream work. Traditionally associated with the moon through the goddess Artemis, this silver-backed herb is potent medicine for the female reproductive system — helping to balance & stimulate a regular cycle as well as reduce menstrual cramps.

Mugwort is often used to aid in dream work, particularly lucid dreaming. Take some tincture before bed to experiment with its sometimes vivid effects. This tincture can also be used to aid digestion, to calm the nerves, and to improve circulation. Avoid in pregnancy.
